How it works[edit]
- The lynx DMX splitter will take a single DMX 512 stream and allow 4 sets of devices (up to 32 on each) to be hooked up to it. That can be usefull to shorten Cat5 lengths or if you have more than 32 devices. The last device on each of the DMX runs needs to be terminated. On Lynx devices this is just putting the jumper marked "Terminate DMX" on.
